Juno was created because women deserve real, in-person support through every major life transition: fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, peri/postmenopause, and healthy aging.
We’re meant to raise families with a village. We’re wired for connection, shared wisdom, and being held through change. However, modern life and the pandemic has robbed many women of that experience, or villages of support quickly disappear after one specific phase of life. Juno exists to change that.
At Juno, you can regularly connect with other women in real life in our new beautiful space. Your support doesn’t end when a season ends. Our programming, community and resources continue across the entire lifespan. From birth prep and prenatal yoga to moms groups and workshops on parenting and perimenopause, you can trust that we know what you’ll need before you’re even there.
At Juno, women are seen, supported, and understood. It’s a place to learn about our bodies, move in ways that build strength and confidence and care for ourselves as fully as we care for others. Life’s transitions shape us, but they don’t define us, and the woman at the center of every chapter matters. When women are supported, everyone thrives.

I truly can’t say enough good things about Juno, it is so special. It is the most beautiful and welcoming fitness studio with amazing instructors and an incredible community. There really is something for everyone, from gentle yoga flows to challenging strength classes. Having somewhere I could go almost every day postpartum with my baby made such a difference during my maternity leave. It got me out of the house, helped me move my body again, and gave me a place to connect with other moms through the Baby + Me classes and on-site babysitting. I was also part of the moms group and frequented their weekly feeding group, both of which were invaluable during those early months. Thank you to Jesse and all of the instructors for creating such a magical place. I’m so grateful it exists!
What a special studio. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The Pilates instructor was warm, knowledgeable, and professional, and the class was thoughtfully designed to be accessible for all bodies and abilities while still being engaging and challenging. The space itself is absolutely gorgeous. Every detail feels intentional, creating an environment that is both calming and inspiring. As a woman, I immediately felt at ease here, and it's clear they've built a community where everyone is welcome. If you're looking for a beautiful, inclusive studio with exceptional instructors and a genuine sense of community, I highly recommend Juno.
Juno is such an amazing addition to the community. Beautiful and thoughtfully designed space, friendly people, fun classes and so many great opportunities for moms and babies (and all ages). The babysitting service is so helpful and the room is very clean, well designed and full of enriching toys.
